Dynasty Premium Asset Valuation & Real Estate Consultancy Limited - Engaged in 2011 as the Executive Director & Legal Counsel of a Sino-Foreign JVE in Business Jet Service in Chengdu, Sr F YS WONG looks after the operation, management and safety compliance of business jet commercial services.
- Being the “ancestor” of professional property surveying field importing the use and application of drone in the property valuation, building condition surveying and environmental surveillance from Chengdu in 2011.
- Integrate and promote the use of drones in construction and surveying business by organising the conference and drone flying tasting activities
- Deliver abundant CPD, training classes and flying technical lectures to the professional building and surveying bodies and government departments
- Being the collaboration organisation of drone service with THEi, Yu Chun Keung Memorial College No. 2 (Pok Fu Lam)
- Write various registered copyrighted drone training manuals and information papers to the drone flying practitioners and users
- Serve as the drone application expert for drone economy development upon the interview of press and media such as NOW TV and Wen Hui Pao, HK Economic Times, TVB
- 2022 – Contribution to the promulgation of Small Unmanned Aircraft Order (Chapter 448G)
- 2025 – 1st Batch HKSAR Government-Shortlisted Demonstration under the Regulatory Sandbox Project involving the small unmanned aircrafts

Cancellation policy
Online Academy recognises that a change in circumstances can sometimes be unavoidable and that delegates who register for a scheduled event may need to withdraw or change their original registration.
If you are unable to attend this scheduled CPD course you are booked on, you may request to substitute another person to attend in your place provided you notify us in writing at academy@ube.ac.uk at least five working days before the event.
Refunds are calculated as follows upon receipt of the written request to academy@ube.ac.uk
· More than 28 days before the course start date: Online Academy will retain 20% of the fees due.
· 28-14 days before the course start date: Online Academy will retain 50% of the fees due.
· Less than 14 days before the start date: Online Academy will retain 100% of the fees due.
In the unlikely event of the Online Academy withdrawing a course, all course fees paid will be refunded, however the Online Academy will not be liable for any other costs or losses incurred.
