Aims
In November 2014 a coalition of professional organisations from around the world was established to develop the first International Standard of Ethics for property and related professional services.
Property and construction professionals working in an international arena need to have a clear understanding of the how these standards form part of a wider strategy to standardise measurement and financial reporting.

Speaker
Tim Bennett BSc MA FRICS
Tim is Head of Construction Faculty at UCEM. Tim joined UCEM from Kingston University where he was Associate Professor and Acting Head of School. He is currently external examiner at both Sheffield Hallam University and Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC). Tim has extensive experience in surveying practice as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has recently delivered CPD session on BIM in Hong Kong and Singapore. He has been a HEFCE/QAA Specialist Assessor (Property & Construction). Tim holds a Masters’ degree in Professional Education and Training and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.

This is a short introductory presentation to provide awareness of the topic area therefore there is no CPD certificate issued.
