This CPD seminar focuses on Planning Application and Land Development Issues in Hong Kong.
The first in our series of APC professional development seminars & workshops that use Hong Kong case studies to provide relevance to and support development of core professional competencies. This live Zoom seminar has been designed to provide a deeper understanding of essential topics that participants need to consider/be aware of/be familiar with when working towards their APC.

Sr DR ALBERT SO CHUN-HIN is currently the Vice Chairman of the Planning and Development Division Council (PDD) , Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS). His current and past public appointments also include bodies such as the Board of Management of the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries, Appeal Tribunal Panel of Planning and Lands Branch and Heung Yee Kuk as valuation and land consultant.
