Description

Renovation and Revitalisation Projects (RMAA)

Join us at this professional competence face to face seminar with specific focus on renovation and revitalisation projects (RMAA) in Hong Kong. This seminar is particularly suitable for trainee building and facility management surveyors who want to deepen their knowledge of retrofitting aged building projects.

Renovation and Revitalization Projects (RMAA) are the processes involved in transforming an aging building into a contemporary building that meets modern standards for safety, energy efficiency, functionality and aesthetics. Systematic surveying techniques and management methods must be in place to ensure the success of the renovation project regardless of the pre- and post-contract stages. This seminar will explore the subtopic of a one-stop surveying technique and management for retrofitting aged building projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages.
